1200-25 CC Closed Circuit Plant

Consisting of:

  • Receiving Hopper: heavy-duty, steel reinforcement of side plates, 7' 3" x 17' 10" top opening
  • Vibrating Grizzly Feeder: 45-1/2" x 18' lg. includes 60" tapered step grizzly of nominal 1-1/2" opening, 25HP 1200RPM, TEFC, electric motor drive, mounted as integral part with hopper on common base
  • Transition Hood: consisting of a heavy duty fabricated feed chute with chain designed to accommodate vibratory-type feeding mechanisms and spraybar for dust suppression
  • Horizontal Shaft Impactor: Eagle UltraMax 25 Primary/Secondary, wt. 33,300lbs, 34" x 48" feed opening, exclusive fixed bar solid steel sculptured rotor, cast primary curtain, secondary curtain with wear resistant replaceable liners, hydraulic shim adjustment on secondary curtain, crusher housing split with hydraulic opening for access to rotor, curtains and replaceable liners. Blowbar removal tool included for removing and flipping blowbars
  • Spring Bridge: primary curtain spring bridge assembly where each spring exerts a compressive force for additional stabilization of primary curtain and still allows to swing away under extreme loads such as uncrushables, with hydraulic adjustment.
  • Fine Bypass Chute: for diverting material to the under-crusher gathering hopper
  • Undercrusher Gathering Hopper: heavy-duty steel plate complete with full length rubber flashing and replaceable liners
  • Plant Conveyor: 42" wide for transporting crusher discharge material to the 3-deck screen, 20° troughing idlers, high impact urethane/rubber slider bed in loading area, return rollers, 15HP, 1800RPM, TEFC, electric motor drive, head section retracts for transport
  • Vibrating Screen: Deister 3-deck inclined vibrating screen, top reliever deck is ' x 14' and the 2 lower decks are 5' x 16'. Screen cloth size to be specified with order, 15HP, 1800RPM, TEFC, electric motor drive, stroke setting adjustable by weights
  • Return Conveyor: 24" wide plant mounted for return of oversize material of top deck back to the crusher, 20° troughing idlers, full length skirtboards, 7.5HP, motorized head pulley, top 1/2 is hydraulic retraction for operation and travel
  • Top Cross Conveyor: 18" wide for discharge of top deck material to return conveyor with 20° troughing idlers, full length skirtboards with rubber flashing, 4HP, motorized head pulley
  • Bottom Cross Conveyor: 24" wide for discharge of bottom deck materials to the curb side of plant, 20° troughing idlers, full length skirtboards with rubber flashing, 4HP, motorized head pulley
  • Screen Fines Conveyor: 42" wide for discharge of bottom deck fines to the front of plant, 20° idlers, under-screen gathering hopper with full length rubber flashings, steel plate discharge chute for transfer of material to radial stacker, 10HP, electric motor drive
  • Platforms and Railings: structural steel frame with expanded metal floor, platforms and railings located at the crusher, diesel, and hopper for operation. 
  • Main Trailer Frame: 24" wide flange beam side rails, air ride quad-axle suspension with 77.5" track axles, sixteen 275/70R 22.5 18-ply tires, air controlled brakes with emergency and service gladhands, fifth wheel plate and kingpin, prewired running lights with stop, directional and 3 light marker bar
  • Hydraulic Lift/Leveling: set of six "stiff-leg" hydraulic cylinders controlled by an independent powered hydraulic unit complete with in-line load controls on each cylinder and directional control valves
  • Drive Guards: formed sheet metal with wire mesh, complete with hinge type doors for easy access to pulleys and belts
  • Central Control Panel: NEMA 4 type box, complete with all motor controls, emergency stop pushbuttons, two 15HP starters with quick disconnect plugs for radial stackers, and one dual 115 volt plug. Remote operator's pendant with feeder stop and emergency stop pushbuttons
  • Tier 4 Diesel Power: CAT 9.3L Engine 455HP @ 1800RPM, electronic controlled governor, emergency shutdown for low oil pressure, overspeed and high temperature, one 125 gallon fuel tank. Generator: Heavy duty base mounted, 140kW, 460 volts, 3-phase, 60 hertz. Generator Enclosure: welded structure with turbo pre-cleaner, which protects generator from asphalt dust
  • Electric Variable Speed Feeder Control: 25HP, adjustable frequency AC drive with remote variable speed switch, includes auxiliary circuit with started installed in the central control panel for continuous fixed-speed operation
  • Remote Feeder Start and Stop: remote control for starting and stopping feeder


  • Magnetic Separator: dings model 33CR (or equivalent) continuous belt magnet and stainless steel discharge belt, magnet stand, chute, 5HP, 1800RPM, TEFC, electric motor drive, and magnet rectifier that converts AC voltage to DC voltage
